Paints that are mixed or ‘tinted’ to order are not eligible for return or refund as they are made to order.
Returns will need to be brought back to the store, collection of returns is not available.
We hope you love your decorating supplies, but if you need to return them we will provide a refund or exchange for eligible products up to 28 days after purchase.
Please ensure items being returned in there original packaging and secured appropriately with supplied inserts. Returns that are not packaged correctly or that are damaged may not be possible for us to refund.
